This liquid cinnamon spray has been a game changer.

I’ve been testing it out for the past month and I really like the added convenience it provides.

I have often found that using seasonings can sometimes be very messy and wondered if there was an easier way to make use of them. 

Then enters these liquid spice sprays by  Spray Gourmet.

1 spray is a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon and if you’re #keto, sunflower oil is the carrier oil so it’s a great way to help get your daily fats in! I use it to make spiced tea☕

I haven’t tested my other idea for this product, but I know cinnamon can be a useful pesticide in the garden and this made me consider possibly using this to treat some of my plants. 

Fortunately, I have not had any serious issues with problematic bugs in my garden so I haven’t needed to do this (as of this posy), but I will definitely be keeping this potential use in mind.
