Good Morning and Happy Tuesday!
I’ve been a busy bee! Between classes, studying, working full time and expanding endeavors, there hasn’t been much time for blogging.
But I’m grateful. There’s always time to read the Word and seek wisdom and guidance from the Lord.
Let us never become too busy for that essential time. I’m going to start a new series of posting the verse and a prayer for the day. These always get my day started in the right direction.

Whoever heeds life-giving correction will be at home among the wise. Those who disregard discipline despise themselves, but the one who heeds correction gains understanding.

Today is a bit of a milestone. I think this is the first time I have consistently posted on the blog for 30 days in a row!
Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.
Father, in the name of Jesus, it is into Your keeping that I place my family—my parents, spouse, children and grandchildren—knowing that You are able to keep that which I commit to You against that day. Thank you for the angels that You’ve commanded to guard my family and me so that we will not strike our foot against a stone. Thank You for Your faithfulness. Amen
