I shared last week that I’d be trying out a new Tide product. Well, today’s the day!
It was really fun to unpack and I’m happy to share it with you all.
Just to be clear, Â this isn’t a review that I was paid to do or that I was required to share, but I am including it on the blog for a few reasons:

I looked up at it today and it sparked a thought. Sometimes you live, “in such a way,” but despite your best efforts they still talk and when we receive these criticisms, it can be a sharp blow. Your thoughts start to wonder:

Hopefully the time change isn’t hitting you too hard for those of us in the United States.
I could certainly use some extra “umph” this morning and today’s verse is RIGHT on time!
I’m just not feeling it today.
I haven’t been feeling it much this week.
In fact, I’m not feeling much of anything. Especially not nouns. You know– people, places and things.
I’m pretty much over them all.
But that’s where this book became an on time tool for me. In fact, there have been several occurrences this week that ultimately served as reminders that I needed to “Talk Myself Happy….”
I shared this as an Instagram post, but also wanted to post it on the blog.
Just some food for thought.
Much of my recent mediations have been about my words. What I choose to say and why and what it really says about where my heart is.
