March 26, 2017 Verse of the Day

A quick post before heading to service this morning.

What a week it has been. I’m still not feeling 100%, but God is better than good– we made it through another week. It’s Saturday! I’m grateful.

This morning’s verse of the day is on par with my current sentiment. What sweet confirmation.

So Christ has truly set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don’t get tied up again in slavery to the law.

This morning’s verse of the day brought to mind the lyrics of a recent song that quickly became one of my favorites.

The week is almost at the halfway point (Yay)!

I don’t know about you, but this week has already been a long one for me, so I was particularly encouraged by today’s verse:
