Whoever heeds life-giving correction will be at home among the wise. Â Those who disregard discipline despise themselves, but the one who heeds correction gains understanding.

April 4, 2017 Verse of the Day – Galatians 1:10
Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.
Prayer for Today
Father, in the name of Jesus, it is into Your keeping that I place my family—my parents, spouse, children and grandchildren—knowing that You are able to keep that which I commit to You against that day. Thank you for the angels that You’ve commanded to guard my family and me so that we will not strike our foot against a stone. Thank You for Your faithfulness. Amen

April 3, 2017 Verse of the Day – Psalm 95:1
It’s the first Monday of the month! Â I don’t know about you, but I am excited!
I’m almost over this cough and I’m ready to kick up my workouts and spring cleaning. 🙂
Today’s verse surely met me where I was. Â I’ve also included a prayer for today that was a pleasing compliment when I came across it during my afternoon break/study time.
I pray that both are a blessing to you on this day.
