It’s the first Monday of the month! I don’t know about you, but I am excited!
I’m almost over this cough and I’m ready to kick up my workouts and spring cleaning. 🙂
Today’s verse surely met me where I was. I’ve also included a prayer for today that was a pleasing compliment when I came across it during my afternoon break/study time.
I pray that both are a blessing to you on this day.
My eyes are always on the Lord , for he rescues me from the traps of my enemies.
I shared the first half of this post on my personal Instagram page and I wondered if I would share it on the blog or my public Instagram… only to see that today’s verse was one of David’s Psalms (I see You, God). So, I took it as a sign that I should share this now.
Many scriptures are personal to me, but the book of Psalms is very, VERY personal. This explanation will actually take me back to a discussion of our Israel trip:
Today’s verse is one that brings much comfort. It can be easy to feel overlooked and unappreciated at times.
This can happen in the workplace, at home, and even at church–in those places where we try to help and give the most of ourselves– and that can hurt.
